Campaign Mailings
We receive and process data three times each year for the campaign mailings. We Mailsort their UK data, address their envelopes, enclose varying numbers of inserts (including multiples), and despatch UK addresses via their Royal Mail Mailsort postal account, and overseas via our international consolidators.

Pick & pack fulfilment and storage
We receive and process data on a daily basis for various bulk quantities of materials that are requested as a result of mailings, or are requested by their staff, Diocesan offices or supporters. These typically involve up to 15 unique items sent with appropriate letters, forms, etc. These are despatched daily, either via our Trackable courier or their Royal Mail online postal account, whichever is the cheapest method.
Art Journal Publishers Subscriber mailing, pick & pack fulfilment and storage
We hold and maintain the database for subscribers to the Journal. We handle subscription payments, and store all ten volumes. There are three issues within each volume of the journal which are mailed out upon publication, together with renewal letters where appropriate.
We also despatch various quantities of back issues, upon request.

Store Talkback Surveys
There are nine waves of Talkback surveys, plus one wave of Logistics surveys throughout each year. For each wave, we are sent a spreadsheet of data for approximately 100 stores. We pick & pack various quantities of questionnaires, reply envelopes, courier sacks (which we label with the appropriate store name and store number and a return address label), together with a letter and check list.
In addition to this, we pick and pack additional survey packs, on an ad hoc basis.
