Mailsort 1400 If your UK mailing or marketing campaign consists of at least 4000 letters* or 1000 large letters*, A3 packets or packets with accurate postcodes, Holborn Direct Mail can save you substantial costs on your postage via our Mailsort contract with Royal Mail.
We run your data file through our Mailsort software, which separates it into coded groups. When the mailing has been addressed and enclosed, we label and pack the Royal Mail bags according to the code, ready for distribution to each area Post Office.
Mailsort 2 or 3? Mailsort 2 is a 2nd class delivery service (2-3 working days after posting).
Mailsort 3 is a more delayed posting (up to 7 working days after posting), and carries a higher discount, ideal if your mailing is not so urgent.
Packetpost If you do not have enough large letters*, A3 packets or packets to qualify for Mailsort, then Holborn Direct Mail can still save you money on your postage via our Packetpost contract with Royal Mail, as Packetpost prices are usually lower than standard tariff prices.
This mailing option is available for a First Class delivery service (next working day after posting) and a Second Class delivery service (2-3 working days after posting).
Presstream This mailing service is available to publishers of magazines, journals or newsletters, at discounted postal prices. In order to qualify, you must mail a minimum quantity of 1000 large letters*, A3 packets or packets, at least twice a year, and your item must contain at least one sixth editorial.
